There are certain periods in life such as adolescence, student life or the first years of presbyopia where your sight may change rapidly. Your Essilor One program allows you to benefit from the “Change of vision” guarantee for one year.

NEW LENSES FOR A PERFECTLY ADAPTED CORRECTION

Simply contact your Essilor One partner - optician directly. After the examination he will:

Replace your lenses.
Upon receipt, he will mount them on your frame and adjust them to your face.
The new lenses will be registered on your personal Essilor One account and you will receive the new certificate of authenticity for your lenses.

YOUR ESSILOR ONE PARTNER OPTICIAN WILL REPLACE YOUR LENSES:

With lenses that have the same optical characteristics (design, material, tint, treatment)*.
With a prescription adapted to your new needs.
Up to 2 times for 1 year.
Upon payment of a guarantee amount, determined by your Essilor One partner - optician.

* Applicable for children up to 15 year, for Eyezen lenses. If the selected lenses are not available the optician – Essilor One partners will replace them with a similar selection of lenses.

The first good reflex is to talk to your optician about it so that he can find a solution. Sometimes a change of lenses can solve your problem. If you have Varilux® and Essilor® progressive lenses you can benefit from the adaptation guarantee.

DAMAGE GUARANTEE

DID YOUR GLASSES BREAK OR GOT SCRATCHED?

Your glasses live at the same rate as you. They follow you everywhere and are therefore not immune to clumsiness, a fall or an accident. In case of scratches or breakage, for 1 year, your "Damage" guarantee watches over your eyes.
